Anti-Bullying Policy 2024-25

At Harefield School, we are committed to fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and inclusivity. Bullying in any form is unacceptable, and we work proactively to ensure our school remains a safe and supportive environment for all.
Our Approach:
- Linked to Our School Values – We embed respect, integrity, and empathy into all aspects of school life. Our students are encouraged to stand up for themselves and others, promoting a culture of mutual support.
- PSHCE Curriculum – Through our Personal, Social, Health, Citizenship and Economic (PSHCE) education, students learn about respectful relationships, conflict resolution, and the impact of bullying.
- Trusted Adult Scheme – Every student is encouraged to identify a trusted adult in school whom they can approach if they experience or witness bullying.
- Anti-Bullying Policy – Our policy outlines how we prevent, address, and respond to bullying incidents effectively. Parents and students can access the policy
